How Pre-orders Work

  • So submitting an order means that you are pre-paying for a product that you are guaranteed to get. For this round of orders, I basically will only be making the pre-orders (unless I have a surplus of fabric after). There will be no stock kept except for scurnchies made with surplus fabric. You have until the pre-order window ends to submit your order. This will last for two weeks.

  • So good news. If you placed your order then…well, that’s it really on your end the rest of the work is on me. If you wish to receive updates sign up here. If you want to be magically surprised when your scrunchies are ready, then do nothing. lol.

  • Once all the orders are in, I’ll do some math. Horrifying, I know, and I’ll work out how many yards of fabric (actually cm because all of my measurements are in cm) I will need. Then I’ll order the fabric. Now I wait, urgently by the door until it comes. Rain or shine. Snow or storm, I await. I neither sleep nor eat. Just kidding, I just go about my normal day. Then I do a little dance when the package comes.

Once I get the fabrics, I’ll make the scrunchies. Then from there all the orders go out at once. Boom.

  • So the fabric shipment from the day of the order will take about 3 weeks to a month. So that’s the bulk of the time. Making them will probably take about a week or two. Then they’ll be shipped out at whatever weekend after I finish packaging them. Let’s say a generous 2 months and an unoptimistic 3 months.

Then after that. The scrunchies are gone. FOREVER.

JUST KIDDING. If there’s enough interest, there will be another drop. But I don’t like to leave my shop open. I like to do drops when I feel like it. Hence the non-existent timeline.
